Sometimes you just flat out marvel at how well people respond to dry needling. It’s such a strange concept right? Stick a cluster of needles in an area that already hurts to help make it feel better? If you say so.

But then other times, like now 😬😂 you marvel at how much it helps YOU when your very own middle aged body locks up.
