Meridian House Meridian House is a therapeutic community, this is a structured behavior modification treatment modality which treats people with substance use disorders.

Meridian House is one of only two therapeutic communities in Massachusetts. This is an intensive residential treatment program for individuals with long-term substance misuse issues. Length of stay can be 9 to 15 months, depending on the needs of the individual. To enter this co-ed program you must be referred. Wait times for entry can be from two weeks to three months. We remain dedicated to reco

very the recovery of our alumni. Any alumni, whether they graduated the program or not, is welcome to the Wednesday meeting. The journey is long, but you do not walk it alone.
