We’ve taken groups of residents downtown a couple of times this summer to enjoy the amazing live music, street performers, and vibrant energy. There’s truly something for everyone – from acoustic sets to full bands, chalk artists, and more.

Fraud Watch: Tips from Local Experts

We were grateful to welcome Chelsea Police Chief Kevin Kazyak and Grant Smith from the Chelsea State Bank for an important presentation on scams targeting our community.

They shared eye-opening examples of how scammers are reaching people by email, text, and even voicemail.
One reassuring takeaway – falling for a scam doesn’t mean you’re foolish. Scammers are getting more sophisticated every day, and awareness is our best defense.

Nothing says summer like an ice-cold root beer float! On this beautiful sunny afternoon, we took a group to the A&W in Dexter for some classic drive-in fun. 🍔🍦

With frosty mugs, delicious hot dogs, burgers, fries, and lots of laughter under the shade trees, it was the perfect way to soak up the season and enjoy each other’s company.

Here’s to simple joys, sweet treats, and making memories together! ❤️

We recently celebrated Babe’s remarkable birthday milestone, and if there’s one thing you should know about her – it’s that she’s strong, determined, and always calls the shots. 💪💖

When the temps rise, we find cool ways to beat the heat! Our luau-themed Super Soaker challenge was a splash-tastic success. Residents took aim at our brave and playful RCAs and volunteers, who were ready to get soaked for some summertime fun. 🏝️💦

Some were hesitant at first (it feels so wrong to sq**rt the people who care for you!), but they quickly got the hang of it and let those Super Soakers fly. 😆

We love creating moments like these that bring joy, laughter, and just the right amount of mischief to the day.

Fresh air, local goodies, and live music – what could be better on a summer day? ☀️

We took a group to the Chelsea Farmers Market last week, and it was such a treat! From fresh produce to handmade crafts, pottery and more, everyone enjoyed browsing the tents, chatting with vendors, and tapping their toes to the music. Many came home with bags full of fresh finds and smiles on their faces!

Our Fourth of July picnic buffet was a delicious success! Residents and staff showed off their American pride, dressed in festive red, white, and blue as they enjoyed grilled chicken, brats, and tender smoked beef brisket fresh from our very own smoker. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

A huge thank you to our culinary team for making the holiday extra tasty and memorable. A special thank you to Wild Bunch Florals for graciously donating flowers for our festive table decorations. ❤️
