Mental health, how do you care for yours??

For me it has always been music, in one way or form. I do what I do because it has been the ONLY light out of many dark places. Now I can channel the same energy to throw you a raft to float on when you need one. If you haven't been to a meditation that is guided by vibration and sound yet. Come join me Monday July 15 at 7:00 pm for a relaxing sound meditation experience. You will be guided by Reiki infused instruments, weaving soothing tones to sooth and relax the soul.

My favorite time to receive sound is right before I settle in for the evening. Come relax before you settle in for the night. It will set a great tone for the rest of your week❤️

This sound bath meditation is designed to promote relaxation and personal exploration during this small Vibrational Group Sound Bath. I will introduce different sounds and vibrations from sound bath instruments such as chimes, crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and tuning forks. This cozy, customized session is designed for extra comfort and limited to 6 attendees. Includes hands on Reiki, reflexology and individual sound healing for every participant (if desired). Plus many special touches, customized each class!

Come prepared to settle into a comfy cocoon for the hour. Props are provided but feel free to bring anything to enhance your comfort.

I recommend bringing a journal, messages from the universe are common.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
