Spring Break is right around the corner… which means road trips, flights, long car rides, and maybe a little too much time lounging in not-so-great positions 😅

Before you hit the road (or the skies), here are a few simple chiropractic travel tips to keep your body feeling as good as your vacation:

🚗 Take movement breaks – If you’re driving, stop every 1–2 hours to stretch and reset your posture. Your spine will thank you.

🧳 Pack smart – Avoid overloading one side of your body. Use backpacks or rolling luggage to reduce strain.

✈️ Posture matters – Whether in a car or plane, keep your back supported and avoid slouching. A small lumbar pillow can make a big difference.

💧 Stay hydrated – Dehydration can lead to muscle tightness and fatigue.

🛏️ Sleep setup – Hotel beds aren’t always ideal. Bring your own pillow if you can, or use towels to support your neck.

😎 Pre-trip adjustment – Getting adjusted before you leave helps your body handle the stress of travel better—and can prevent issues before they start.

Don’t let stiffness or pain ruin your getaway. A little preparation goes a long way toward a smooth, pain-free Spring Break!

🏀 March Madness is here… and that means a LOT of time on the couch.

Brackets.
Upsets.
Game after game after game.

It’s one of the best times of the year for basketball fans. But after a few days of sitting, leaning forward, and locking into the TV… your neck and back usually start paying the price.

We see it every year this time of year:

🏀 The 9th Annual Curtis Chiropractic March Madness Bracket Challenge is BACK! 🏀

March Madness tips off next week, and that means it’s time for one of our favorite traditions at Curtis Chiropractic!

Here’s how it works:
📋 Fill out a bracket for the mens tournament (bring your own or complete one at the office).
⏰ Drop it off before 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18.
📍 We’ll post all brackets on the office walls and track the winners round by round throughout the tournament.

Brackets will be available after Selection Sunday on March 15, so start studying those teams! 👀

🏆 Top scores win prizes!
We’re giving away things like:
