Growth isn't a race to a finish line; it's a lifelong journey of becoming. Some days growth looks like conquering a big fear, and other days it looks like choosing to rest and recharge. Both are equally important.

Tag someone who needs to hear this today, or save this for a day when you feel like you're "falling behind." You aren't behind. You are exactly on time. 🕰️✨🤍

International Timbercreek Counseling in Korea 🇰🇷✨

Today Timbercreek Miles and Bo explored the Daegu Yangnyeongsi Herb Medicine Festival and experienced a beautiful blend of culture, wellness, and community. From learning about traditional Korean herbal medicine and the benefits of different medicinal herbs, to tasting healthy foods and drinks, it was such a meaningful way to spend the day.

Miles and Bo even tried crispy ginseng tempura, refreshing white wine vin chaud, and explored booths filled with traditional remedies and wellness practices that have been passed down for generations. 🌿

Wellness can look different across cultures, but one thing remains the same — taking time to nourish both mind and body matters. Grateful for opportunities like this to connect with wellness practices around the world while representing International Timbercreek Counseling here in Korea. 💚

Look who we met! 😍✨

We had the incredible opportunity to meet , the genius behind the Strange Planet series.

For over 5 years, his book has lived in our lobby, bringing smiles and a sense of connection to our clients. Getting it officially signed was such a highlight for us!

We are so grateful for creators who make the world feel a little more understood. Thank you, Nathan, for your kindness and for signing a piece of our clinic‘s history.

We’re grateful for Quinnay and Abby, who took the initiative to clean up the woods near our A2 office.
What started as simply noticing a need turned into meaningful action—clearing trash and caring for a shared space.

At the heart of our work is care, not only for people but for the environments we’re part of.
Thank you, Quinnay and Abby, for reminding us that small acts of care can make a meaningful difference.

How are you caring for your space this week?

Friendly reminder: You don’t need a "good enough" reason to feel the way you do. 🕊️🌿

Whether it’s a tiny spark of joy or a heavy wave of grief, please remember that every emotion you have is valid and meaningful.

You don't have to justify your feelings to anyone—especially not to yourself. Instead of asking "Why do I feel this way?", try saying, "I see this feeling, and it’s okay that it's here."

Be gentle with your heart today. ✨🤍
