Founded on the belief embodied in Krishnamacharya's quotation, "If you can breathe, you can do yoga," that yoga truly is for every body, our mission is to provide a comfortable, safe and nurturing space in which students of all levels can enrich their practice, building strength, balance and flexibility. Our passion is to encourage our students to harness the power of their breath, find the nourishment they need for mind, body and soul connection, and encourage them to bring their practice off their mat and into their daily lives.
