Founded on the belief embodied in Krishnamacharya's quotation, "If you can breathe, you can do yoga," that yoga truly is for every body, our mission is to provide a comfortable, safe and nurturing space in which students of all levels can enrich their practice, building strength, balance and flexibility. Our passion is to encourage our students to harness the power of their breath, find the nourishment they need for mind, body and soul connection, and encourage them to bring their practice off their mat and into their daily lives.

And what a joyful evening of relaxation and rest it was at tonight’s Gratitude Sound Bath Meditation! Deep thanks to Rob 7 Notes Natural Health, who always brings such a beautiful blend of instruments that fill our space with rich, resonant sound.

While we’re sad to see Rob move to West Virginia, we’re grateful to have one more opportunity to gather with him next month for our 5th Annual NYE Sound Bath Meditation. 💫 Favorite Pilates Exercise: "Teaser - It is a pose that requires practice, control, precision and strength. Like most poses in Pilates there is a progression that will support you building strength and balance."
