Free Community Yoga Classes- Rhythm of Yoga

Yoga is all about rhythm, rest, and reconnection and July is the month to make it happen.

I am offering two free yoga sessions on Saturday, July 12. Both classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting, at Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church, 9010 Frank Tippett Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Class schedule below:

10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.: Beginner's Yoga
11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.: Stretch and Meditate

I'm so excited. Rhythm of Yoga will be hosting yoga classes at a new site ❤️.

On Saturday, May 3 at 9010 Frank Tippett Rd., Upper Marlboro, I will start holding weekly yoga classes.

Join me for a gentle stretch or a slow flow yoga session. Both classes are led by me, a compassionate and experienced yoga instructor. The classes offer a blend of gentle movements, soothing breathwork, and mindful stretches.

What to Expect:
· Gentle Yoga Poses: Accessible movements to promote flexibility, mobility, and strength.

· Mindfulness and Relaxation: Focus on breath and relaxation to enhance and support movement.

These classes are welcome to all; whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can explore movement at your own pace as needed.

Ms. Wills also holds a MA in Health and Wellness Coaching and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Workplace Wellness from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She’s a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.
