SUMMARY:
The Companion/Direct Care Worker provides ADL's (activities of daily living), companionship to those individuals requiring socialization and/or minimum guidance to assure a protected environment, and performs home management services within the client’s home.

JOB SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively with patients/clients, family members, clinical management, and on-line training.
Ability to read and interpret medical documents, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to complete on-line training.
