Philly Jawn Fit is a boutique that features Shapewear, Corsets and Health, Wellness & Beauty Products. I decided to go into the "Shapewear" business because as a female myself I know firsthand the issues we face with our "Problem Areas" (waist, thighs, back, arms). I can't tell you how many times I found an outfit that would have looked perfect on me if it wasn't for that lil' bulge here or there.

The goal of Philly Jawn Fit is to give you the tools you need to create, motivate & inspire you to be the person that you already know you are. Eggs, avocado, onion, black olives, yellow peppers & kale on wholecwhwat bread.

FYI, my 1st meal is always after 12. It's not intentional fasting. It's just the way my life is set up 🤷🏽‍♀️.
