We will be closed Friday the 28th of March for Continuing Education.

We have some bad news concerning our CHPW patients. We recently terminated our contract with Molina. VSP services the vision benefits for both Molina and CHPW, and unfortunately, VSP has forced us to terminate the adult vision program through CHPW along with Molina.
We will still be in network for CHPW. We will still be able to see patients with CHPW as long as they are 20 or younger. We will still be able to do Medical exams for both adults and children with CHPW.
As of March 10th, we will no longer be able to do Routine Vision exams or glasses for CHPW members 21 and older.
This was completely unforeseen, and we have been trying for weeks go get things to come to a more favorable outcome. We are sorry for this.
