But the truth? Strength, speed, and agility training cut injuries and make athletes more athletic.

Junior Golf Summer of 2025!

The summer golf program consisted of 20+ kids who met on Tuesdays and Fridays to learn about the game of golf. On Tuesdays, they met at the Cherry Oaks golf course to play in a scramble. On Fridays, they completed skill development and golf-specific strengthening drills at The Nest.

Thank you to Justin Maddux and Justin Bearley for coaching the kids. Thank you to Cherry Oaks for allowing these future golfers to gain exposure to a lifelong sport.

Blood flow restriction training is a new method that has been proved to be highly effective in rebuilding muscle. In physical therapy, rehabbing a knee would be a prime example of when to use blood flow restriction training. It is safe and effective.
