ATTN all CFCC patients!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, We will be closed tomorrow, 06/30/25. If you have an appt scheduled for tomorrow, we will make contact with you first thing tomorrow morning to reschedule. The rest of the week will be determined day by day.

If you are in need of a medication refill, we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee it will be sent in, in a timely way manner.
