Attention all CFCC patients, we are having issues with our phone lines this morning. If you are trying to call in, we apologize for this inconvenience. Please try our clinic cell phone or send us a text message with your name, 318-500-5036. Please refrain from calling multiple times and sending multiple messages as this will delay a response. To all of our CFCC patients:

There are several of our patients that have our staff on their personal pages. However, please refrain from sending the staff messages about YOUR PERSONAL CARE. This includes the need of medication refills, radiology results, lab results, upcoming appts, etc. Our staff will not answer these types of messages. This is a HIPAA violation and unsecured messaging. Please use your patient portal if you have any questions or needs. If you do not have a patient portal, please contact the clinic to have your portal set up.
