Hey everyone the clinic is trying assist in helping one of our staff members get fabric material to sew baby/children blankets to be donated to the hospital for pediatric/ NICU. If anyone has any material or fabric to donate feel free to drop it off at the clinic or call us we will come pick it up. Thanks everyone

CLINIC CLOSURE!!!!!

We’re sorry for any inconvenience at this time. We will not be able to accept any body in clinic due to a busted main water line in town.

We will be offering TelemedicineAppointments only today. Please call clinic, 318-279-2300 if you need to schedule an appointment.

Due to potential road conditions on Monday, January 26th, we will be closed. We will be available for telemedicine visits if anyone needs. You may call the clinic at 318-279-2300 and press extension 9, this will forward the call to the Nurse Practitioner. Phonelines kight be congested but please be patient with us. Leave a voicemail and the provider will get back with you.

ATTENTION PATIENTS…

The clinic will be closed today, December 29th.

The clinic will be offering telemedicine appointments December 30th and 31st. No in office visits will be available.

The clinic will be closed for New Years Day January 1st.

As always someone in the office will be available to take your calls this week.
