Hey everyone the clinic is trying assist in helping one of our staff members get fabric material to sew baby/children blankets to be donated to the hospital for pediatric/ NICU. If anyone has any material or fabric to donate feel free to drop it off at the clinic or call us we will come pick it up. Thanks everyone

CLINIC CLOSURE!!!!!

We’re sorry for any inconvenience at this time. We will not be able to accept any body in clinic due to a busted main water line in town.

Due to potential road conditions on Monday, January 26th, we will be closed. We will be available for telemedicine visits if anyone needs. You may call the clinic at 318-279-2300 and press extension 9, this will forward the call to the Nurse Practitioner. Phonelines kight be congested but please be patient with us. Leave a voicemail and the provider will get back with you.

ATTENTION PATIENTS…

The clinic will be offering telemedicine appointments December 30th and 31st. No in office visits will be available.

CFCC patients, our phone lines just went down. We are unsure of how long they will be down for. In the mean time, please call our clinic cell phone at 318-500-5036. Please refrain from calling multiple times, there will be an increase in call volumes. You are welcome to send a text if this is easier for you. Please be patient while this issue gets resolved.
