This Sunday, April 26th experience a FREE quartz crystal singing bowl sound bath and guided meditation at Local Motion from 4:00-5:00PM.✨
We will spend some time relaxing our body, focusing on our breath and allowing ourselves to step into the quiet place while being bathed in a sound bath experience. We will cultivate a space of inner love and extend that out towards the world. We will align our main energy centers of the body by listening to each of the 7 quartz crystal singing bowls. We will conduct a thankfulness and imagination playground exercise to help us step into the reality we desire. We will end our sit with an affirmation to repeat for the coming week. ✨
You don’t want to miss this beautiful and sacred experience. ✨
We will be on Facebook LIVE at 4PM PST for those that cannot attend in person. Facebook account: Meditation Center Madras Oregon ✨
Remember to bring your crystals and stones so the sound bath meditation can recharge/cleanse your crystals/stones! ✨
Also, don’t forget to bring an eye mask if you want to deepen your experience and a blanket to lay across your lap while seated during the meditation. ✨
If you attend in person, chairs are provided at the meditation hall. You are welcome to sit on the floor by bringing your own meditation cushion and can sit against the wall if you’d like. Laying flat on the ground is not allowed due to participants falling asleep and snoring in the past.✨

One of our members is missing her left shoe. Someone took her shoe by mistake. Totally makes sense as the shoes look IDENTICAL. You can tell from the pictures provided that they are different brands.
