Hi everyone! As many of you know, last fall I went back to work full time and had to give up my weekly regular classes. 🙁 Every month I post my pop up classes on my personal yoga page which I made back in 2011. Unfortunately with the recent hacking of my social media, that page has completely disappeared. I have created a new one but of course have zero followers now lol. Thanks so much for the review! Meditation is every Friday this summer at 10am and from September to May as a pop up usually at 3:15pm or 10am. I'd love for you to join me!
