We have had an enjoyable afternoon at The Gardens! First, Ms. Breeana’s 5th graders sang lively songs for us, and then we sat outside to soak in the beautiful weather.

Our tenants had a wonderful time working on this Community Coloring Project together! Each one added their own special touch to create this beautiful Mother’s Day banner. These coloring projects are generously donated by Colleen’s daughter, Jeana—thank you!

We wrapped up a two-day project today of making birdhouses. Many thanks to our talented volunteer, Nancy, for creating the birdhouse kits and providing all the supplies!

Don’t you just love fresh rhubarb this time of year? We sure do! A big thank you to Andi and Doug for bringing in rhubarb for us to enjoy! Yesterday we chopped it all up, and today we baked a delicious rhubarb crisp with some of it. Yum!
