This just brought tears to my eyes. Why? Because it’s so true and it is the message that I would love to share with everyone!
If you don’t think you need yoga, if you think you’re not flexible enough, if you get lost and frustrated in the flow, then you could use yoga more than you think!!
Yoga doesn’t make comparisons from one person to the next. It meets you right where you are. Right now. In this moment. And when you fall out, stop, fail, begin again. No competitions, no one pushing you harder, faster. It is you and your breath, doing what you can in today’s body. 🕉️🩷☮️💫☯️
