 Today, we received a beautiful thank-you note from one of our families — a heartfelt reminder of why we do what we do. 💜 It is our deepest honor to walk alongside our patients and their loved ones during life’s most tender moments. Thank you for trusting us with your care.

“Our family would like to take this time to THANK ALL OF YOU for making a difficult time in our father’s life more manageable and my mother’s life a little easier.

When my mother first learned of Suncrest Hospice it was an answer to prayer. Once I spoke to Lynn I knew God had led you to us and our journey would be brighter with you walking along our sides.

With every phone call, email and/or text that followed I always sensed such peace, compassion, and caring from everyone I came in contact with. Lexi, Dawn, Lynn and others always answered my questions and eased my mind and concerns.

Your on site team consisting of Samantha, Scott, Mary, and Joseph were STELLAR at gently caring for my father’s and mother’s needs from day one. When we met everyone that first day we knew everything was going to be alright. Joseph was instrumental in not only caring for my dad but also for my mom by doing so he spared her of a task that was truly breaking her down. Much to our surprise, Joseph won over my dad’s trust and heart immediately and became someone my dad actually enjoyed seeing every morning.

Samantha, so sweet and so kind, always treated my father with such dignity and grace. During her visits she made sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed. She even trimmed his finger nails with a smile.

Mary was always readily available to us and especially when we had to make some difficult decisions.

Scott would come regularly to visit with mom and dad and pray with them and for them which brought all of us comfort. We are so grateful for his love, devotion, and passion for our Heavenly Father.

On behalf of our family, I can’t express enough how much we appreciate ALL of the LOVE, CARE, and COMPASSION Suncrest has extended to us. I feel as though we have truly walked with angels here on earth whenever we were in the presence of your team.”
