Tapping Away Stress

How often do you find yourself thinking about how stressed out you are? Wouldn't it be great if there was a simple technique to lower your stress? Well, there is! It's called tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques/EFT. More than 120 clinical studies have shown that by tapping on certain pressure points on our upper body, we can lower the stress hormone cortisol as well as reduce fear, anxiety, anger and other distressing emotions that tend to keep us stuck. In Tapping Away Stress, you will learn easy exercises you can start using right away to help address emotional and physical stress.
Bio:
Alicia Grey, who is based in Franklin Township, has a passion for helping people experience long-lasting transformation, so that they can live more fulfilling lives, without being hindered by limiting beliefs and emotional and physical stress. Alicia's diverse career background includes working as a hospice chaplain and a pastor.
Now, as an EFT practitioner, she supports and guides people using a simple yet powerful stress reduction technique known as tapping. She also shares other stress relief exercises, including guided visualizations, somatic tracking and self-compassion. Alicia has personally experienced the freeing power of mind-body techniques in her life and is on a mission to introduce others to these self-help tools.
