Meet Charlie! After tearing his PCL playing pickup soccer, Charlie tried PT elsewhere but wasn’t progressing as he hoped.  When he came to Resolve, we built a targeted program to rebuild strength, confidence, and control.  Within a few months, he was back on the field, feeling strong and ready to perform. 

After his rehab program wrapped up, Charlie recognized the importance of continuing an individualized strength and conditioning program, becoming another one of our OG group training members.  💪

Charlie continues to push his limits in group training each week— getting faster, stronger, and proving what consistent, focused work can do.  (All while serving as an awesome role model to his kids who are athletes as well.)

Progress doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by design - and Charlie is crushing it!

Meet Colleen! Our yoga, surfing, and digital design superstar who is the definition of commitment, consistency, and determination.  Colleen came to us after suffering a knee injury that left her unable to walk without crutches and a brace and unsure as to what the road ahead looked like. 

With patience, a clean game plan, positivity, and a team effort, Colleen is CRUSHING it.  The recovery road is never linear, but she has weathered the bumps and bends like a champ in order to come out stronger on the other end.  

Today Colleen is back to yoga and continuing to build additional strength, skills, and the knowledge base to feel better than ever.  We’re so proud of you, Colleen, and honored to be on this journey with you!

Meet Art! He initially came to us with extreme shoulder pain that hindered him from being able to do simple daily tasks such as brushing his teeth, getting dressed, you name it.  

After completing a personalized rehab program for his shoulder, Art felt better than ever and refused to stop there.  

In order to keep getting stronger and prevent future injury, Art committed to training purposefully and consistently, becoming one of our OG group training members!  For the past 2 years, Art shows up to work out two times a week with a positive attitude, full effort, and all the jokes.  He not only feels stronger, but often shares benefits he experiences in life on a daily basis - whether that’s walking long distances, carrying heavy items, traveling, etc. 

Training with Art is always a blast, and we’re only just getting started…

Here's the truth: pain doesn't always mean you're injured.

Fatigue doesn't always mean you're sleeping poorly.

And hitting a training plateau doesn't mean you need to push yourself harder.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” - Martin Luther King Jr.

This statement greets each client as they walk in our door, as that first step is all it takes to start the ball rolling towards a healthier, more active, and enjoyable life.

If persistent pain has been part of your everyday life, it can feel daunting to think about all that it would take to resolve it. That feeling of overwhelm can prevent you from taking any action at all, which then allows the pain cycle to continue (and often get worse).

Instead of thinking about everything at once, simply allow yourself to take that first step and nothing more. (This is true for starting anything new!)

👟Maybe that first step is putting your sneakers by the door to remind you to go for a brisk walk.
💧Maybe that first step is filling your water bottle the night before and putting in the fridge for the next day to help you drink more water.
📞Or maybe that first step is clicking the link in our bio to book a discovery call and get the conversation started.

Caitlin hobbled into our office a few months ago after suffering a calf tear. As a dance teacher and performer, this injury not only served as an overall inconvenience, but it affected every area of her life. Caitlin came ready and determined to do what she needed to do to get back to dance and teaching as soon as possible. She showed commitment and consistency from day 1, putting in the work everyday, trusting the process, and keeping a positive and open mindset.

Caitlin went from being unable to put any weight on her left leg, to feeling strong and confident in a matter of weeks (I mean, check out that incredible grand jete, aka leap, to mark how far she’s come!)

It is pretty incredible to see what can happen when you combine a provider/coach who knows how to create and implement programming specific to YOUR needs and goals with a client who is motivated, consistent and committed. 💪
