As winter break approaches, it's crucial we remember our most vulnerable students. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) affects 10-20% of people with depression, and students are particularly at risk during darker winter months.

Reduced sunlight in winter can disrupt our body's internal clock and serotonin levels
