Good morning Glenn!!
I just wanted to reach out and give you a heads up. I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but I am actually blown away at how I feel today. It has been quite a long time that I’ve opened my eyes , stood up out of bed and just had an amazing energy level!!!! I grabbed the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the whole house within the first 15 minutes that I was awake !! I started emptying the trash and doing all this stuff within the first couple of minutes and then stopped and I actually realized it!!! I literally laughed out loud because I don’t know where that energy came from (per se)
But I’m telling you, I have not felt this way in a long time. And I’m so impressed that it’s just one visit so far. I didn’t expect any of this honestly, but I can’t believe how super different I feel today.

Come this Saturday 9/14 to this hidden gem in Atlantic City! Seaside Wellness AC is holding a half day retreat on radiant skin, and I will be speaking about the connections of diet and gut health as root causes of skin diseases such as acne and eczema.

I went to one of these retreats before, it is a fantastic and information-packed treat.
