Say hello to Rich Conroy, one of our incredible Occupational Therapists who brings heart, humor, and a true sense of purpose to everything he does 💪💙

Rich wears many hats — Little League baseball coach, community volunteer, former chef, and, most importantly, a loving father and husband. For the past 10 years, he’s also been the host of a Philadelphia sports podcast and a proud Eagles fan! 🦅

Whether he’s helping residents regain independence, cheering on young athletes, or birdwatching with his kids, Rich embodies what it means to care deeply for others and find joy in every moment.

We’re grateful to have his passion and positivity on our therapy team!
