At just 25 years old, Erin Wicker is making waves as a barrel racer and roper—two of the most demanding rodeo sports out there! 🐎💨
With the intensity of her training and competition schedule, Erin was struggling with shoulder and foot pain. Instead of letting it slow her down, she turned to Dr. Shin and the Shin Center of Integrative Sports Medicine.
Through innovative treatments and personalized care, Erin has been able to stay strong, keep riding, and continue chasing her goals in and out of the arena. 💪🔥

🎉 Major Congratulations to Ken Allen! 🎉
At 48 years old, Ken just earned MVP honors at the K Academy- Duke Fantasy Basketball Camp — an incredible achievement! 🏀💥
What makes this even more impressive is where he started. When Ken first came to the Shin Center, he was dealing with lower back and leg pain that was holding him back from doing what he loved. But with the help of Dr. Shin’s personalized treatments and recovery plan, Ken was able to get back in top shape — and now, he’s dominating the court! 🙌🔥
We’re so proud of Ken’s dedication and all the hard work he put in. This is what happens when recovery meets perseverance. 💯

Bryan, this isn’t how we wanted to share your photos and videos...

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been going through old pictures and reminiscing about the incredible Eagles players we’ve had the honor of knowing. We were shocked and heartbroken to hear today’s news.

Dr.Shin remembers laughing with you at the Super Bowl 52 afterparty - you insisted on fixing your hair before we took a photo together. We took candid shots of you doing just that, and joked that you looked like Aquaman. You had that kind of presence. You even talked about getting into Hollywood someday.

We’re so deeply saddened to hear of your passing. Our prayers are with your family and loved ones.

Rest in peace, Bryan. You’ll be remembered.

Have you heard of Kabaddi? 🏆 If not, you’re missing out on one of the most intense, action-packed sports out there! Imagine a mix of football, rugby, and wrestling all rolled into one, with players relying on strength, agility, and razor-sharp strategy to win. Sounds thrilling, right? 💥

Meet Sukpal, aka (Pali is his nickname, and he’s the pride of his village, Fatehgarh Channa 🇮🇳), a professional Kabaddi player who’s making waves in both the US and Canadian leagues. As a Raider, Sukpal must have an incredible blend of speed 🏃‍♂️, strength 💪, agility, and strategy 🧠. The Raider’s role involves tagging opponents and returning to their side of the court without being tackled, making peak physical condition essential.

Sukpal’s incredible athleticism has helped his team recently claim a championship title 🏆, showcasing the intense demands of Kabaddi. Competing at such a high level requires an optimal physique, especially given the physical toll of the sport. Injuries are common, but Sukpal is currently performing at his peak body level 💯 and continuing to dominate the field!

A huge congratulations to Nick Foles on an outstanding career and a well-earned retirement! 🙌 Dr. Shin and the entire Shin Center team are incredibly proud to have been part of Nick’s remarkable journey, culminating in that unforgettable Super Bowl win. 🎉

The connection between Dr. Shin and goes way back, long before the bright lights of Super Bowl 52. From the very start, Dr. Shin saw not only Nick’s extraordinary talent but also the amazing person behind the athlete. A loving husband to Tori and a devoted father to his children, Nick has always led by example, winning people over through exemplifying Jesus’s love and being a true team leader through humility.

Everything came full circle when the Shin Center team joined the Eagles at Super Bowl 52. From treating the players to providing care and celebrating the culmination of years of effort, the emotional embrace between Dr. Shin and Nick at the after-party said it all. 📸 That moment wasn’t just about a championship—it was about the deep friendship, trust, and respect that developed over the years. Watching Nick grow into a man of God, a loving husband, and father of his beautiful family has been incredibly inspiring. His journey, both as a leader on the field and as a man of faith, has made this victory even more meaningful.

Dr. Shin is beyond happy for Nick, and their continued friendship is something we all cherish. We can’t wait to see the next chapter that God has prepared for him. His legacy will last far beyond the game, and we’re so proud to have played a small part in his amazing story. 🏆💪

🌟 Huge congratulations to our amazing patient, Robert Hedden, for setting a world record in the Male, Police/Fire Pro division (50+), 275lb weight class with an incredible 325lb bench press! 💪🔥 Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance are truly inspiring.

The event went exceptionally well, with Robert opening strong at 270lb, followed by a 300lb lift. His third lift was an impressive 315lb, and he closed out with a record-breaking 325lb! What’s even more exciting? He had plenty of gas left in the tank and could have gone even higher! 🏋️‍♂️

We’re beyond proud to have been part of your journey, helping you achieve peak performance and reach your optimal state of health. Your victory is a testament to what’s possible when passion meets the right support. 🙌

And we couldn’t resist asking Robert to bring his incredible trophy to the office so we could snap a picture with him and Dr.Shin—such a proud moment! 📸🏆
