Another year older and a lot more at peace.

Birthdays used to make me anxious. The pressure to feel happy, to have everything figured out, or to celebrate when I didn’t always feel like celebrating. But now, they’re a reminder of growth , of learning, healing, and choosing calm even when life feels loud. ✨

You know what’s scarier than the paranormal?
The misinformation, programs, and people that prey on individuals with anxiety.

Anxiety can be managed and decreased, but it will not be cured in 3 easy steps as I see promoted time and time again. Having anxiety is a natural response that we all have and need. When it starts to define and control us we can step in with tools and strategies, but not high priced supplements or overpriced programs with no validity.

Be careful who and where you get your information from.
