Planks are a great full body exercise, but if they 💥hurt 💥, you won't do them. So let's fix 🔧 It!

First check your form - make sure your shoulders, elbows, and wrists are "stacked" or lined up. Then, push the floor away from you, with your hands - this distributes the weight through the entire hand, so it's not all on the wrists.

Still hurts? Grab a set of dumbbells and grab them instead of having hands on the floor (you can also try using your fists on the floor).

Still hurts? Do a forearm plank - forearms on the ground, keeping the hands pointing straight ahead, not turned in.

Still hurts? Try an elevated plank - with your hands in a bench or countertop.
