Fusion - blend of functional fitness - mat pilates - yoga and Qi Gong

The warriors "men's" class is starting back up on
Tuesdays at 5:30 pm "LIVE"

Wednesday - 5:30 pm "LIVE"
Mixed class with yoga and stretching.

Thursday -Functional fitness - yoga - mat pilates and Qi Gong
9:30 am. Followed by meditation

More classes coming Thursday night and Saturday and Sunday Mornings
