Unity Place

Unity Place Unity Place is a therapeutic environment for those with mental health and addiction, in a partial care and intensive outpatient setting.

Unity Place will provide rehabilitation and intensive support in the form of counseling/case management, psycho-educational, prevocational, social, recreational and psychiatric services. These services will take place in a therapeutic environment with the specific goals of preventing any hospitalization, relapse and decompensation by assisting clients to develop community based living skills. Acce

Probation/Parole/Drug Court
DYFS
Self-Referrals
M.A.P.P- State Parole Board
Medication Assistant Programs
