Healed my tight junctions with organic green apples, and eliminated a lot of inflammation with this total combination through my juicer over the last week. Lost five pounds of dross, and have a clearer mind, sweet dreams too.

I finally found a place that will accept my hair donation. Originally I was growing my hair out to see how long it could grow. A little covid times experiment…Then an offer to hair my violin bow was made from a local luthier. Now I’m interested in donating it and making a wig for someone in need. I have more than enough but couldn’t find an organization that would take hair more than 20% gray. So was stymied, until I found “The Hair We Share”. In this organization I can raise funds to make sure there is enough to cover expenses and the hair is actually made into a wig, and given free of charge to the applicant…and I can track my donation to learn a bit about the recipient of my hair. Here’s their criteria :
HAIR WE ACCEPT
*Minimum length of 12″ (We can accept 8″ when joining our ponytail tracking program)
*Hair that has been dyed (natural colors only) without the use of bleach
*Hair that is permed or straightened (after damaged ends are trimmed off)
*Gray hair

Wash and completely dry the hair. You can cut your small sectioned ponytails yourself or go to a partner salon to have it expertly cut.

I’m excited about this organization and will be posting a fundraiser here soon.

Today is Dana’s rebirthday. It is the day that the love of my life was infused with his own Stem cells. After enduring five rounds of different chemo drugs completely wiping out his immune system, he was near dead, his spirit was low, and his body completely vulnerable. Everything had to go as planned, relying on many interrelated processes, procedures, and people, or the outcome would not be successful. We are forever grateful to those dedicated staff at Rochester’s Strong Memorial BMT wing for their expert choreography, attention to detail, professionalism and care. We were in good hands. When Dana’s hair started to reappear, he decided to let it grow, donning his ever increasing tresses. Now four years out his golden locks cover the scars from his port but the memories are still vivid. Never a day goes by that we are not awestruck with the beauty and intensity of life, and overwhelmed with gratefulness to be able to spread a bit of love around here on the planet while still breathing. ♥️

Many thanks to Ted Morter for picking me out of the audience to come up on stage and ask, from what it is that I would like to be healed and made whole??? I prayed on it for a moment, in front of all those people, I had just been through surgery for thyroid cancer and said out loud…I would love to be able to have animals in my life. I have been terribly allergic to them since I was a kid…

If I am stressed or feel overwhelmed, and yet my Vit d levels are good , I look to increasing my natural serotonin production to help feel better. Vitamin b3, which converts tryptophan to 5htp, if deficient causes low serotonin production. (Taking melatonin can slow serotonin production too) So I up my b vitamins, and quit eating corn and eat more tryptophan rich foods to increase serotonin levels naturally.
Whey protein is a good source of tryptophan that’s one reason whey is called ‘the antiinflammatory protein’ another reason is its high level of lysine, that helps produce collagen to heal connective tissue. Then of course I increase magnesium glycinate or magnesium orotate to calm and soothe the nerves and assist natural serotonin production. Fine tune with omega 3 fatty acids, folic acid (all the b vitamins in a balanced formula) and importantly exercise and light therapy…And I gradually creep out of the overwhelmed feeling. I believe a large part of our coping ability lies in nutrients. Why is it some people just seem to do better, cope better, in stressful situations than other people? The answers may be in the nutrients and our unique ability to absorb and utilize them.

I’m just coming of age where I feel I can do me. I’m figuring out what I love to do and how to go about doing it. I’m learning how best to manage my health and now have the time to focus on that. I am actively building my immune system instead of standing by, and will meet this part of my life with vigor and the full force of my imagination. My powers are increasing and I feel stronger and more outspoken than ever before. So I find it is of utmost importance to keep my body and mind strong, flexible and elastic. This is my number one mission so that these years can be the best years of my life.

FREE WEBINAR

Ascorbic Acid in the Treatment of
Opioid Addiction

Thursday, November 4 @ 7:00pm EST

Presented by: Alexander Schauss, PhD

Opioid addiction is a serious health and social problem that afflicts societies around the world. A study conducted in New York City in the 1960's demonstrated that increasing doses of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) attenuated withdrawal symptoms, allowing addicts to end their dependence on he**in.

Officials from the National Institute for Drug Abuse and Alcoholism (NIDAA) at the U.S. National Institutes for Health (NIH), confirmed the effectiveness of ascorbic acid, yet failed to provide funding to support further research on this viable treatment.

In this presentation Dr. Schauss will discuss his original research findings and the clinical protocol used to attenuate opioid withdrawal symptoms.

For the approximately 20% of Trigeminal neuralgia caused by a virus, we have to look at the reasons why we have a recurring virus that our immune system can’t seem to put into remission.
This has been the subject of my study and research for the past seven years.
