Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation had an amazing time participating in the 2026 Social Worker/Case Manager of the Year event! ✨

It was such a wonderful opportunity to come together and recognize the incredible individuals who make a difference in the lives of so many each and every day.

We are especially proud to share that our very own social worker, Tregg Greene, was recognized as a Top 3 finalist, what an incredible honor! This achievement is a true reflection of Tregg’s compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our residents and their families.

We serve 120 residents through an interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, as well as a supportive community that wants to see you succeed. Our team is here to help you recover in any way that we can.

As a resident, you will be able to enjoy our accommodations, such as laundry services, a hair salon and banking services, as well as fun events like musical guests, socials, outings and more. We encourage a positive environment that provides a safe place to grow, whether you are a resident or employee.
