Hi 👋! I'm so excited to share some big news with you all. I've just published my very first book, and it's called "A to Z: Love Letters to You"! 🎉

As some of you know, I'm a writer, registered dietitian, and passionate advocate for wellness—body, mind, and spirit and owner of Flourish Nutrition Therapy & Wellness, LLC.

This book is a project that's incredibly close to my heart. It's a devotional keepsake book designed to encourage and inspire your journey of faith, and it also makes space for you to write thoughtful love letters to your child or children.
