🎉 Congratulations to our Clinical Innovations Day Q1 2026 Winner, Jessica Boone!

Jessica delivered an insightful presentation on the implementation of a new call bell system designed to streamline and enhance communication through an innovative call light feature. By identifying workflow inefficiencies caused by frequent interruptions regarding surgical preparation needs, she helped introduce a smarter solution that improves coordination and communication across care teams.

Since the rollout, the majority of staff have reported high satisfaction with the technology and its positive impact on communication and patient care coordination. 👏

Today’s dress-up theme was “Our Golden Girl” in honor of Florence Nightingale’s birthday. Our clinical staff proudly wore white scrubs to recognize the compassion and dedication to excellence nurses bring every day. 🤍

We also enjoyed our annual Hospital Week picnic filled with food, fun, and appreciation for the incredible teams who deliver safe, high-quality care and make a difference in the lives of our patients and community.
