Meet Keith, Cameryn and Cherryl. Last year, Keith suffered a heart attack while mowing his lawn and collapsed. His step-daughter Cameryn did CPR on him until help arrived. He was down for 50 minutes while receiving CPR and was brought back thanks to the amazing help and training from his family and the first responders.

His family and the heroes that helped him were honored yesterday at the Valor Awards for saving his life. During his recovery, Keith attended our award-winning Cardiac Rehab program, and he told us he's back to living a full, healthy life! 💙
