Did you know that Rx Partnership helps supply medications for our patients here at Chesapeake Care Clinic? Now, there is an easy and free way you can support them and us.

Rx Partnership is featured in the Target Circle Community Giving Program through the end of March.

If you shop at Target, you can use your Target Circle votes to direct Target’s charitable giving to Rx Partnership, helping expand medication access across Virginia.

Here is how to vote:
1. Open the Target app or go to Target.com
2. Tap My Target in the app or Account on the website
3. Select Support nonprofits or Community support votes
4. Find Rx Partnership and cast your votes 🗳️
