Celebrating 28 years as a massage therapist and bodyworker and absolutely love the people I am blessed to work with every day. With a background in clinical, studio, and spa therapies I offer a truly customized experience based on your wellness goals. My goal is create a safe space, away from the stress of our daily lives, where you can truly relax and heal. I take the time to chat with you, but more than that, tune in to what your body needs, where limitations are, and how you respond to the work. For massage, I assess where stress, pain or restrictions may be coming from and offer a range of modalities to get results. Sometimes client issues, stress and anxiety are not always physical and energy therapy may be better suited or a combination of both. I work with you to design a perfect session to get results on all levels. This is why I prefer longer sessions. I want you to fully address all issues you may bring and know you are leaving the office in a different state than you arrived.
