Celebrating 28 years as a massage therapist and bodyworker and absolutely love the people I am blessed to work with every day. With a background in clinical, studio, and spa therapies I offer a truly customized experience based on your wellness goals. My goal is create a safe space, away from the stress of our daily lives, where you can truly relax and heal. I take the time to chat with you, but m

ore than that, tune in to what your body needs, where limitations are, and how you respond to the work. For massage, I assess where stress, pain or restrictions may be coming from and offer a range of modalities to get results. Sometimes client issues, stress and anxiety are not always physical and energy therapy may be better suited or a combination of both. I work with you to design a perfect session to get results on all levels. This is why I prefer longer sessions. I want you to fully address all issues you may bring and know you are leaving the office in a different state than you arrived. Days like today are as sweet as Christmas morn to a child. Getting an 80 degree day on the eve of November to soak in the healing energy of the sun and sea is such a gift for us who truly grieve the end of summer season.

Today I get a bonus day of restoration and recharge plus I am finally healed enough to carry a beach chair ☀️😎💗 Team flip flops forever, dragging out summer with every fiber of my being.

Sending sunny vibes to all who neeed a fix today.

LATEST UPDATE! My surgery is now scheduled for October 8. My schedule is open through October 4th and there are still a few spots open. I attend a craniosacral class that weekend and planned to be out of office already. I will keep everyone posted if I hear any other updates.

I have temporarily closed the schedule October 4th and beyond until I know for sure my return date. There's no need to keep scheduling out until I know this is happening and when I'll be cleared to return. Thanks again for your support and understanding. Stay tuned...
