When I started practice back in December one of my main goals was to make things less stressful for my patients. Going to the doctor shouldn’t be stressful and I know it is for a lot of people. Call/text/email for an appointment! The office will be cleaned daily and visits scheduled by appointment, so you will not have to sit in a waiting room with multiple people!

**side note...I’ve been adjusted regularly since I was 12 so my immune system is pretty top notch**

Dr. Mindal Donner has been serving the healthcare needs of Southeastern Virginia for 15 years. We look forward to treating you in our comfortable, friendly, relaxing and clean environment. DOT physicals are not covered by health insurance however we have one of the LOWEST prices in Hampton Roads for DOT medical cards. We offer appointment times, not a walk in clinic, therefore your appointment time is YOURS and you do not have to wait hours. Dr. Donner also offers DOT and NON DOT urinalysis drug screening, A1C finger prick exams and at home sleep studies. Please check out the website at www.DOTDOCVIRGINIA.com

Dr. Donner also does FREE OF CHARGE seminar’s throughout the community. Two seminar’s offered that are highly recommended are: Stretch your pain away; where Dr. Donner will teach you and your staff/group how to properly stretch to help with pain relief on a daily basis. A second seminar is: What to expect during your DOT physical. The FMCSA has rules and regulations that are constantly changing. Most drivers are not kept up to date on these regulations and when they show up for their exam they are unaware. This seminar helps drivers to know what is expected of them to KEEP THEM ON THE ROAD!

Dr. Donner also offers Chiropractic care. Dr. Donner has been treating patients in Hampton Roads since 2005 and accepts most major health insurance policies, however if your insurance does not cover, we offer a fantastic price for adjustments. Dr. Donner treats patients of all ages from infant to elderly and with her training in multiple techniques there is an appropriate one for EVERYONE.
