Somehow, we fall into that space of focusing on where we’ve been-the way we grew up, the poor choices we’ve made, and the setbacks we’ve experienced.

But life is not about where you’ve been, but it’s about where you are going. God desires for you to focus on the present, looking straight ahead, because what He has for you is not behind you, but in front of you. Don’t get stuck looking back at the storms you’ve been through and not notice where your ship is headed.

Stop focusing on what the enemy is up to, and focus on what God is doing in your life now. God has great plans for your life. All you have to do is BELIEVE!

What is clean eating?
Mayo Clinic tells us “the fundamentals of eating clean encourage you to consume more whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats — and limit highly processed snack foods, sweets, and other packaged foods.”

Whole foods can most readily be classified as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and lean meat, fish, and poultry — basically, if it comes out of a box or can be passed through a window, there’s a high chance that there has been some “man-handling” of our food.

When trying to be perfect in what we eat and how we get fit, it causes stress and disappointment when we mess up. Let's work on not being perfect but giving ourselves more grace in the situations.

Let’s be careful in treating food as the enemy while exercising our discernment to determine the nutritional value of one food over another.

God is for our best choice, given our circumstances. We are saved by grace and sustained by grace. Not thinking too highly or too lowly of ourselves OR how/what we eat.

Learning to enjoy yourself and love being with yourself and God is so AMAZING! Today, I went to one of my favorite parks and there were many cars but my swing was waiting for me when I came to sit in God's presence.
