Anna's Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Part time/ PRN CNA or Personal Care Aide. As an important member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. At Anna's Care, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Reminder of self-administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervising nurse.

• Support clients with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Requirements:

• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

• Possess a valid PCA certificate.

• Hold a valid CNA license.

• MUST Have reliable transportation for traveling to client's homes.
