Special thanks to Pandas Fight Against Cancer for their generous donation to our Annual Costume Drive!

Because of your support, we’re able to bring more joy, laughter, and smiles to the faces of children fighting cancer. Your kindness helps us go beyond just providing costumes it gives these brave kids a chance to experience the magic of childhood, even in the midst of treatment.

From our hearts to yours, thank you for standing with us and helping us continue this mission of spreading love, hope, and courage one costume at a time.

THANK YOU!

A Chesapeake family is desperately searching for a blood stem cell donor for their 9-year-old son, who has leukemia, but finding the right match presents unique challenges.

Cayden Addison is currently in remission, but there's a chance the cancer could return and keep him in and out of the hospital. His mother, Courtney Addison, says seeing her son wear a hospital bracelet weighs heavily on her.

"No parent should have to experience this. This is a chapter I thought was going to be closed after his first round of chemo, and unfortunately, we are still fighting this," Courtney said.

Day 2 of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️

At just 1 year old, David was diagnosed with Stage 3 High-Risk Neuroblastoma. He was so tiny and yet he had to go through adult chemotherapy because kids simply don’t have many options. There are only 16 approved chemo treatments for children. Sixteen. That’s all.

David went through 6 rounds of traditional chemo, and then he had to take chemo pills every single day for 2 years straight. That’s what it takes for our babies to fight treatments not even meant for them but it’s all they have.

This is why we speak out. This is why we advocate. Childhood cancer is not rare, and our kids deserve better than this. They deserve more options, more research, and more hope.

Although David is a childhood cancer survivor, we still have work to do. There are families who depend on us to help them through.

Day 1 of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 💛

Childhood cancer is not rare. Too many families are impacted every single day, and yet awareness and funding still fall behind.

This month isn’t just about wearing gold, it’s about amplifying the voices of our kids, our fighters, our angels, and the families who walk this journey daily. Childhood cancer doesn’t wait, and neither should we.

Every statistic has a name, a face, and a story behind it. My own family knows this battle firsthand, and that’s why I will continue to advocate, spread awareness, and fight for more support for these children and their families.

💛 Join me this month by sharing facts, stories, and resources.
💛 Stand with us. Raise your voice.
💛 Because awareness sparks action, and action leads to change.

Join us MomAdvocate Foundation on Friday at the Boots on the Ground For Childhood Cancer Awareness Event at 7:00 pm at Independence Middle School and help us make a difference in the lives of childhood cancer families.

Momcologist Foundation

Meet our Founder ,Christina Johnson, a Certified Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author and Childhood Cancer Advocate who truly believes that life’s inevitable challenges are an opportunity to pause, pray and reflect. Not only surviving but thriving even in the midst of unexpected change, challenges and adversity. A Momcologist is a full-time advocate , part-time doctor and nurse for a child fighting cancer. Her personal journal turned into a book highlighting the emotional and physical struggles she encountered on this journey. “Fighting for King David” is a glimpse into Christina’s world as a Momcologist. Her story of thriving is one that she can tell through many chapters. No matter the challenge, Christina has continued to reinvent herself by always looking forward to living and making everyday count. For the past two years Christina has put audiences to ease while inspiring them through her personal story. Audiences ranging from cancer survivors, fighters, healthcare professionals and caregivers. Whether a key note speaker , panelist, or host, Christina continues to inspire her audience with her gifts of honesty, courage hope and laughter. From Tragedy to Triumph, Christina has overcame many obstacles. As Christina would say, “Plant a seed of awareness and watch it grow. Today Christina has launched the Momcologist Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization, which will provide resources and assistance for Childhood Cancer Families.
