A-game better than getting an adjustment! Dr. Schirmer was invited to adjust the Western Branch varsity football team and coaches before they play in their regional championship. Sure enough, they won!!! Congrats to the entire team for a well deserved W !!

Friday shoutout goes to out to ! Kristi is our office manager. For over 15 years, she continually proves to be the most loyal and dependable employee at Health First. We’ve been through the thick and thin with her. When she joined our growing team, she was 24 years old and quickly learned the way to run the front desk. She learned how to navigate the world of insurance and now she is our office manager/ insurance specialist. Kristi loves fishing and her dog, Snoope! No matter what obstacles we have run across in the office, she has been by my side and helped me get through them. She not only works for me; she is like a daughter. She slips sometimes and calls me Dad instead of doc , I value this very much and am excited for the years ahead of us. Thank you for all you do, Kristi! Health First loves you.
