"After graduating from The Institute of Massage Therapies in 2013, I embarked on the journey of self-discovery and self-healing which led me to becoming an Advanced Restorative Reiki Practitioner in 2016. Ever since, I have been integrating therapeutic massage with reiki, allowing me to provide all-encompassing mind-body-spirit healing experiences. I strive to provide you with an effective therapeutic massage that addresses any postural distortions or biochemical dysfunctions through neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, and energy work. My core goal as a practitioner is to work with clients, not on them. I feel it’s important that everyone understands informed consent. I encourage everyone to be engaged with their bodies and empower them in their healing. My mission is to continue to share the power of touch and to educate the importance of self-care. In the end, we are all one. We must take care of one another, and I am so grateful that my role is: Massage Therapist, Healer, and Friend." 🌕🌸 Named after the stunning moss phlox, the Pink Full Moon is going to be an absolute beauty! She will be more golden-orange in hue and will be best viewed shortly after sunset, when she is rises in the east.

✨This is the time of renewal, rebirth, and growth, as it is the spiritual transition into spring. This is the moment to encourage shedding winter’s darkness to embrace fresh starts, emotional healing, and personal growth. It is a powerful time for setting intentions for the year ahead and nurturing relationships.

More and more magical moments are happening as the collective continues to raise our frequency and vibration. For that, I am SO grateful to witness and experience! Friends, the light will always persevere 🫶

Ever since, I have been integrating energy healing with therapeutic massage, allowing me to provide all encompassing mind-body-spirit healing experiences. By applying neuromuscular therapy with the use of trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques, I strive to provide you with an effective therapeutic massage that addresses any postural distortions or biochemical dysfunctions. An energy healing focuses on the removal of imbalanced or congested energy that may hinder the human energy field- the aura, or energy centers- the chakras. When the body, mind and soul are in sync, optimal health and wellness is achieved. My intentions are to restore balance and harmony to the body through massage therapy and energy healing with the hopes of empowering you to activate the healer within you!
