It feels like now, more than ever, it is absolutely essential to prioritize taking some time to pour back into yourself. Whatever that means to you. You owe it to yourself to check in with you- mind, body & spirit.

🫶Take a 3-minute deep breathing break. Count to 3 inhaling through your nose, count to 6 exhaling out of your mouth & repeat/build count- it’s amazing how instantly breathwork can reset us!

Happy Earth Day fellow Earthlings!

What an incredible blessing it is to be alive and to be so deeply connected and intertwined within nature and Mother Earth.

✨She is soft yet strong whilst holding us deep within her womb✨

If you have the opportunity, go outside and connect with her. Breathe deep as you synchronize your breath with hers and feel the energy that flows with such fluidity and grace. We are privileged to walk this Earth and should show her our gratitude and honor through INTENTIONAL CHANGES! Change starts with you and sustainable living practices. Here are some of our personal favorite eco-friendly changes:

➡️Switch to glass or bamboo over single-use plastics!
➡️ Try to avoid disposable products if possible and choose biodegradable when available!
➡️ Limit food waste and try composting!
➡️ Avoid using lights during the day- OPEN THOSE WINDOWS and let the natural light in (also helps tremendously with regulating the nervous system)
➡️Shop local and support your community!
