After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the very difficult decision to close the studio.

This space was created with so much intention—to support recovery, nervous system regulation, strength, and resilience. What I couldn’t have fully imagined when I started was the community that would grow here.

The trust, the consistency, the quiet conversations, the shared commitment to well-being—those are what made this place so special.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who walked through these doors, showed up for themselves, and helped shape what this studio became.

The studio will remain open through February 21st, and I hope to see many of you in during these final weeks—time to use your sessions, connect, and honor what we’ve built together.

We will be holding a liquidation sale for everything, including the equipment, in the studio. Everything is priced at 50% off OR best offer. We will be accepting offers through February 13th. Buyers will be notified on February 14th and will have until February 28th to pick up their purchase/s.
