MYHS mission is to provide for our clients a profound, transformative healing of mind, body, soul, and spirit. MYHS specialize in Naturopathic Reiki, Naturopathic Wellness, Reiki, intuitive coaching, mindfulness coaching, life-coaching, self-empowerment, and spiritual realization. MYHS offer holistic services, workshops, training programs, and events that address the needs of the mind, body, soul, and spirit while exploring the inter-connections of all four. MYHS will provide a supportive and loving environment that addresses the needs of our community. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. I use my hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
