This month in Ericā€™s Culinary class, we learned about apples. Did you know apples are members of the Rose family, float because they are 25% air, and have thousands of varieties worldwide. We explored seven different ones, from the Granny Smith to the Pink Lady, all had different tastes of sweet, sour, and tangy. Always fun to learn but even better when you get to taste.

Since 1977, Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center has been dedicated to providing world-class rehabilitation services in an environment thatā€™s comfortable, convenient, and close to home. Our center also features Senior Living interactive kiosks that allow residents and their families to access education, entertainment, and therapy information. We also offer Wi-Fi. More than 75% of our staff have been with us for five or more years - theyā€™re seasoned professionals who have a passion for patient care.

We make it easy to stay close to your family and friends while youā€™re recovering, and our skilled team of nurses, therapists, and staff will make you feel right at home while youā€™re here.
