We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with From Heart to Heart Inc., a heartfelt organization dedicated to bringing comfort and care to children and families. 💕

This past Friday, Fountain of Hope Counseling Center received a beautiful delivery of 50 teddy bears and cozy blankets — each one packed with love, warmth, and intention.

These gifts will be shared with the families we serve in Western Branch and Greenbrier, offering comfort in moments when it’s needed most. At Fountain of Hope, we believe healing happens not only through words but through compassion, connection, and small acts of kindness — and this partnership is a beautiful reflection of that truth. 🌱

In a culture that glorifies being booked and busy, choosing to be still can feel unproductive and cause guilt. But it’s often in that stillness where we find our truth, our healing, and our way back to ourselves. 🌿

It’s in the quiet that clarity comes.

It’s in the pause that healing begins. 💛

You’re not being stagnant, you’re becoming grounded.
You’re not wasting time—you’re realigning.

But stillness isn’t doing nothing—it’s doing the deep inner work.

We work with couples and families who are having challenges communicating, resolving conflicts, and trouble trusting one another because of present or past hurts. We work with individuals whether it is a child, teenager, or an adult that may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, loss, low self-esteem, and more. We also provide group therapy for substance abuse, parenting, anger management, and grief & loss.
