'Ain't nobody got time for that!! Let's lower those risks!!

Decrease your intake of:

1. High fat meats
2. Fried foods
3. Fast food
4. Full Fat dairy products
5. Red Meats
6. Processed Foods

Special thanks to this lady, Shaneya Jackson for having Fitness Finesse w/Rae facilitate the fitness portion of her Walk This Way group weight loss challenge that she is hosting through her non-profit www.raegansharnaeway.org!!!

I enjoyed providing WERKouts, and fitness info/tips for the ladies over the last 3 months. We've done a Resistance Band workout, WERK Dance Fitness and finished up today with Sit Fit and it was a HIT!!

Back day in the weight room and ZUMBA afterwards...By the end of the night...I was HURTING!!! These feet and this knee were SCREAMING and I had to soak 'em in Epsom salt when I got home!!! But, I made it through and of course Michael-Anthony Parham made it worth it!! ❤️

Remember, there will never be a perfect time in your schedule to exercise, because one thing is certain...Life doesn't stop happening because we decide to get healthy. Our job is to find ways to maneuver around those obstacles!!

So proud of my Baby Boy!! He graduated from the
Virginia Peninsula Foodbank 12 week, Culinary Training Program this evening!!

He also passed the Serve Safe Certification Food Production Manager Certification Exam and received an award for Culinary Excellence!!! 🥳 🥳

WERKed it out on the rebounder this morning!! Cleaned out my lymph nodes, gave my heart some love, and strengthened my legs!!

10 minutes on the rebouder is like a 30 min jog for the body!!
