It's Dr. Worthington's first day at Great Bridge Eye Care!

She grew up in North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) before going to University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. She graduated in 2019 and served for three years in the U.S. Army at the military hospital in Landstuhl, Germany. After completing her service she returned to NC and started working in private practice. During that time, she met her now-husband (married January 2026) and she's excited to be starting their life together in Virginia!

Her hobbies include: running, baking sourdough, and any adventure to the beach or mountains.
