Today we honor Juneteenth — a day of freedom, resilience, and reflection.

On June 19, 1865, enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas, were finally informed of their freedom — more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
This day reminds us that freedom was delayed, but never denied.

We celebrate Black history, culture, and the ongoing pursuit of justice.

On March 15, 2025, Dr. Jordan and Nurse Practitioner Natalie Zabelka hosted an informative Prenatal Class at Chesapeake Regional, helping expectant parents prepare for labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

We were honored to have Nickie Addison, CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) as a special guest, providing valuable insights on pain management options during childbirth. Her expertise allowed parents-to-be to feel more confident and informed about their birthing experience.
