Job description:
We are currently seeking one dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in nursing, exceptional clinical judgment, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care. Pay will be discussed during hiring process and is based on experience. Schedule may be flexible
Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients
Develop and update individualized care plans
Monitor client progress and coordinate with the care team
Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
Educate clients and families on care plans and health maintenance
Perform documentation and timely reporting of visits and client status
Participate in quality assurance activities
Conduct supervisory visits and address urgent care needs
Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care
Qualifications but not limited to:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State]
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home healthcare experience preferred but not required)
Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Familiarity with electronic health records
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality patient care.
