When stress is high, our nervous systems look for fast comfort and relief. That’s not a failure—it’s a human response.
Emotional eating isn’t a character flaw. It’s information.
Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?”
try asking, “What am I carrying right now—and what support do I actually need?”
Regulation comes before change. Always.
