Nine years ago this week, we were honored to serve the Taylor-Welch family as they faced the loss of their daughter Caroline. We are privileged to serve these mothers in their most difficult seasons. For some, like our Community Outreach coordinator, Patrice Taylor-Welch, this calling is deeply personal. After the loss of Caroline, she chose to turn her pain into purpose—offering compassion, understanding, and support to others navigating unimaginable grief.
